Halloween Mini Pics!!! And updates!

Ok, here's my Halloween mini album. I used a kit i purchase from Craft Craving Chicas. It was really super cute and jammed packed and was from the Trick or Treat line by Fancy Pants. Now i have to warn everyone ... these pictures are SUPER amateur!!! They're taken from my phone! In horrible lighting from my husbands grandma's kitchen!!! As for the album itself ... well! lol! Pretty amateur too i guess! I kept it simple and very "kiddie" i guess because it will be filled with pictures of my 15 month old and my 6 week old! I'll be doing another album using the Basic Grey line Eerie and that will be more of a "sexy spooky sophisticated vampire" thing going on! lol! That one will be filled with scrubby and mines pictures!

Currently, i'm working on an album using my GGS September kit which uses Basic Grey's Lemonade. I really love the kit! Thank you Marion! Awesome kit! It's going to be called "Summer Treats" and will include pictures of my daughter enjoying all sorts of summer foods! I really love the colors in this collection! And actually ... I'm really loving Basic Grey right now. After that i'll be working on an anniversary album (our 2nd wedding anniversary which happened to be yesterday!) using the urban prairie collection!

I wanted the smoky acetate sheet to look kind of like a screen door to the house A few tags for pictures and journaling Envelope with a few tags Dracula and his make shift coffin Opens up for pictures Layered orange and black burlap then added a photo mat on dimensionals I thought this paper was too cute to cover. I'm not even sure how i'll be adding pictures to still show it off ... any ideas?I painted the chipboard with a deep purple with a Making Memories paint (Halloween collection I found at Tuesday Morning) then faux stitched with my white gel pen

Halloween mini-album using CCC kit!!!

Hi everyone! It has been WAAAY to long since i posted i know! But i finally got my craft space set up to where i can work a little bit. Unfortunately, our internet hasn't been set up yet and i've been using my phone to see youtube videos and to blog surf! Anyways!!! I recently ordered a mini album kit fromLisa & Regina over at Craft Craving Chicas (craftcravingchicas.blogspot.com). It really was waaaaay too cute to pass up on! It's a Halloween mini kit using the Trick or Treat collection from fancy pants and i'm almost done with it but i just had to tell everyone about it!!! For $25 i received a super packed kit!!! I mean SUPER packed!!! Like i said i'm almost done and i can already see that i'm gonna have lots of supplies left over and I did use up a lot of them already in the mini itself!!! So go check them out ... they're awesome!

Introducing Baby David Anthony Botello III

Hi everyone!!! I just had to post at least one picture of our new baby!!! He was born August 28th at 6:12 AM. He weighed 9lbs 4.2oz and was 20in long!!! I know most of you think that's a huge baby but our daughter was 10.6lbs! So i know i'll be hated for saying this ... but he was kind of an easy one! Except that it took them nearly 3 hours to get me the epidural after i asked for it!!! Eeek! Scrubby almost got strangled!!! lol! But here's a picture of our precious baby boy! I will be posting lots more of him and our family once we get moved and settled in. On that note ... I get our house this Saturday, the 5th! BUT ... the movers aren't bringing our things until Tuesday!!! Sucks!!! I was really forward to getting out of the in-laws this weekend and into our own place. Scrubby had to go back to California and he'll be back the 20th of this month ... this time for good! So we're very excited to be together and getting settled in to our new lives in Houston! Once we do, i'll be getting back into my scrapping groove and getting all caught up with the GGS gals! I miss all ya'll and thanks so much for all of you who have sent me and my family nothing but good thoughts and wishes through out the last month!

GGS Mini July Trade Album, part 1

Hi everyone!!!

This is my second video on youtube.com!!! It's me sharing what i have completed so far on my mini album to trade for the month of July in the Girls Gone Scrappy Kit club!!! I used the DCWV All Dressed Up line and i'm really loving how it's coming out. I have 3 more pages to complete and then i will be binding it and making another video to share the completed project.
